WELCOME to Integrate. We’re a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic specializing in evidence-based Injury Rehabilitation and Pain Reduction. You’re welcome to explore our clinician bios below.

If this is your first visit, there are TWO OPTIONS for how to get started at the clinic:

  1. We prefer to begin with our Integrative Assessment. This is what our clinic does best. This is a two part examination overseen by both a Chiropractor and Physiotherapist on staff. This type of exam is the best chance for us to accurately diagnose your problem and customize the most effective treatment recommendations for your particular pain or injury. For this preferred option, you will actually be booking two separate “Integrative Assessment” appointments, one with a physiotherapist and one with a chiropractor. You can book these appointments concurrently, back-to-back or at separate times in the schedule. For insurance purposes, the costs of these visits will be split between Chiropractic and Physiotherapy. Following the exam, the two therapists will put their heads together and prepare specific recommendations based on the agreed upon diagnosis. These recommendations will include: WHICH THERAPIST(S) TO SEE, and WHICH TREATMENTS ARE MOST APPROPRIATE.

  2. Alternatively, If you know the type of therapist and treatment you require, you’re welcome to navigate the bios and book an Initial Exam (for physio or chiro) or a 60 minute initial visit (for massage therapy). Please keep in mind that our therapists are all trained in various specialities and treatment modalities, hence why we prefer to start with an “integrative exam”, so that we can match your condition to the appropriate therapist.

If you have any questions or need help in the booking process, please don’t hesitate to email us at info@integrateottawa.ca, or call us at 613-230-7891.

An osteopathy session may feel similar to a massage session in terms of its calming atmosphere and the manual techniques applied. However, an osteopath uses a specialized set of techniques that go beyond traditional massage. Osteopathy focusses not just on addressing underlying musculoskeletal imbalances but also on restoring optimal function to the entire body.

The Osteopathic approach is holistic, meaning the osteopath considers the interconnectedness of muscles, joints, ligaments, nerves, and even internal organs. During the session, an osteopath will assess the body as a whole to understand how each part might contribute to a specific issue. For instance, if a client has low back pain, the osteopath will examine related areas, like the pelvis, spine, and even the feet, to identify potential contributors to the problem.

The osteopathic session uses gentle, targeted techniques—such as soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilization, and craniosacral techniques—to improve mobility, circulation, and nerve function. If a specific issue is present, the osteopath will concentrate on that area and its surrounding structures, providing personalized care to address root causes rather than only symptom management.

Graham Beaton earned an Honors Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Western Ontario. Following this, he completed his training as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM).

Upon graduating from Naturopathic College, Graham established the Rosedale Natural Health Clinic, a multidisciplinary clinic located in Toronto where he was in private practice for 5 years. In addition to his private practice, Graham was a clinic faculty member with the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, mentoring and supervising 4th year Naturopathic students in their clinical internships at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic and the Sherbourne Community People with HIV/AIDS clinic.

Graham has moved from Toronto to Ottawa and is currently establishing his practice at the Integrate Healthcare Collective. In his practice, Graham works with his patients to address all aspects of their health, including physical, mental/emotional, social and lifestyle choices, as these factors are all important to fostering good health and in the treatment of disease.

Devin has been working in movement arts and body/mind studies since 1995 when he dove into meditation and Asian martial arts as a complement to his schoolwork in Theatre. In 2012 he became a yoga teacher, with special certification in Yin yoga through the Nosara Institute.

Devin has been a passionate practitioner of traditional Thai Massage since 2002 when he studied with Kam Thye Chow, head teacher of the Lotus Palm School in Montreal and author of the bestselling book “Thai Yoga Massage”. Two years of intensive learning later, he apprenticed to become a teacher himself and later opened the Ottawa School of Thai Massage. Thai Massage combines specific pressure, targeted stretching and passive mobility to reduce tension and patterns of physical limitation.

In 2014 Devin graduated with honors from the Massage Therapy intensive program at Algonquin College. During his time as a student, he suffered a serious knee injury and lingering back problems. He resolved to rehabilitate these injuries using exercise and his knowledge of anatomy and physiology. With studies in Katy Bowman’s restorative exercise, Erwan LeCorre’s MovNat system, Pavel Tsatsouline’s kettlebell conditioning and a lot of awareness and patience, he recovered from his injuries and now runs (barefoot), bikes, swims, hikes, climbs trees and enjoys moving outdoors year round.

As a yoga teacher, movement coach and manual therapist, Devin believes in fostering our body’s innate genetic capacity for movement and healing using hands-on mobilization, moderate exercise and body awareness.
