WELCOME to Integrate. We’re a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic specializing in evidence-based Injury Rehabilitation and Pain Reduction. You’re welcome to explore our clinician bios below.

If this is your first visit, there are TWO OPTIONS for how to get started at the clinic:

  1. We prefer to begin with our Integrative Assessment. This is what our clinic does best. This is a two part examination overseen by both a Chiropractor and Physiotherapist on staff. This type of exam is the best chance for us to accurately diagnose your problem and customize the most effective treatment recommendations for your particular pain or injury. For this preferred option, you will actually be booking two separate “Integrative Assessment” appointments, one with a physiotherapist and one with a chiropractor. You can book these appointments concurrently, back-to-back or at separate times in the schedule. For insurance purposes, the costs of these visits will be split between Chiropractic and Physiotherapy. Following the exam, the two therapists will put their heads together and prepare specific recommendations based on the agreed upon diagnosis. These recommendations will include: WHICH THERAPIST(S) TO SEE, and WHICH TREATMENTS ARE MOST APPROPRIATE.

  2. Alternatively, If you know the type of therapist and treatment you require, you’re welcome to navigate the bios and book an Initial Exam (for physio or chiro) or a 60 minute initial visit (for massage therapy). Please keep in mind that our therapists are all trained in various specialities and treatment modalities, hence why we prefer to start with an “integrative exam”, so that we can match your condition to the appropriate therapist.

If you have any questions or need help in the booking process, please don’t hesitate to email us at info@integrateottawa.ca, or call us at 613-230-7891.

Sarina Lainez is a compassionate and skilled acupuncturist committed to helping her patients find balance and healing through Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

From an early age, she was drawn to the connection between emotional well-being and physical health. This curiosity sparked a deep interest in the philosophy of Eastern medicine and ultimately inspired her to study acupuncture, driven by a desire to develop both the knowledge and intuition to support herself and others.

Sarina completed her training at the International Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a registered acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO).

She creates a calm and supportive environment for her patients and tailors each treatment to meet their individual needs- whether they’re managing stress, chronic pain, or simply looking to feel more balanced in their daily life.

If you’re feeling drawn to acupuncture or curious about how it can support you, Sarina welcomes you to reach out.

Outside of the clinic, Sarina enjoys spending time with her animals; Johnny, Biggie, Mini, and Gremy- who bring a lot of joy to her world! Also, having completed her Red Seal in horticulture, she is passionate about the outdoors and wildlife.
