Book an Appointment at Integrate Healthcare Collective - Lowertown - Conveniently located off of St. Patrick St., near the Byward Market
WELCOME to Integrate. We’re a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic specializing in evidence-based Injury Rehabilitation and Pain Reduction. You’re welcome to explore our clinician bios below.
If this is your first visit, there are TWO OPTIONS for how to get started at the clinic:
-
We prefer to begin with our Integrative Assessment. This is what our clinic does best. This is a two part examination overseen by both a Chiropractor and Physiotherapist on staff. This type of exam is the best chance for us to accurately diagnose your problem and customize the most effective treatment recommendations for your particular pain or injury. For this preferred option, you will actually be booking two separate “Integrative Assessment” appointments, one with a physiotherapist and one with a chiropractor. You can book these appointments concurrently, back-to-back or at separate times in the schedule. For insurance purposes, the costs of these visits will be split between Chiropractic and Physiotherapy. Following the exam, the two therapists will put their heads together and prepare specific recommendations based on the agreed upon diagnosis. These recommendations will include: WHICH THERAPIST(S) TO SEE, and WHICH TREATMENTS ARE MOST APPROPRIATE.
-
Alternatively, If you know the type of therapist and treatment you require, you’re welcome to navigate the bios and book an Initial Exam (for physio or chiro) or a 60 minute initial visit (for massage therapy). Please keep in mind that our therapists are all trained in various specialities and treatment modalities, hence why we prefer to start with an “integrative exam”, so that we can match your condition to the appropriate therapist.
If you have any questions or need help in the booking process, please don’t hesitate to email us at info@integrateottawa.ca, or call us at 613-230-7891.

Physiotherapy
**First time seeing one of our Physiotherapists? Please book your Initial Assessment first!** Shelagh is **unavailable** for orthopedic assessments at this time. Our team of physiotherapists take a hands-on approach to treating pain and movement dysfunction. They use treatment methods such as acupuncture, dry needling, myofascial release, ART, Graston and shockwave therapy, tailored to each individual's unique needs. Our approach emphasizes active rehabilitation to empower each client to move better. Our goal is to help you be more connected with your body and give you the tools to help you realize its potential.
In addition to traditional musculoskeletal physiotherapy, our physiotherapists also offer a few specialized areas of rehabilitation: pelvic health physiotherapy - rehabilitation for the internal muscles and structures of the pelvis; concussion management; and clinical yoga as therapy.
Chiropractic
Our Doctors of Chiropractic are certified in a mix of safe and gentle adjustment/mobilization techniques, and also in myofascial release, ART, Graston, Dry Needling, and Medical Acupuncture. Unlike other clinics, we don't try to push long term care, rather, our goal is to most accurately diagnose your injury or problem, and treat in in the most efficient and effective means possible. In other words, we want to help you as quickly as possible get back to your everyday life.
Our Chiropractors are well respected in Ottawa's medical community. We routinely receive referrals from a number of family, sports and pain doctors, as well as neurologists and orthopaedic surgeons in the Ottawa region.
Acupuncture
A certified acupuncturist is a healthcare professional specializing in acupuncture, a component of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). They are trained to diagnose and treat various health conditions by inserting thin needles into specific points on the body, aiming to restore balance and promote natural healing. They may also use other TCM techniques like cupping.
